Terms and Conditions

Our listed product prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax) and freight charges. These additional costs will be calculated within the cart, during checkout or on invoice.

Invoices will be issued in the name of SCT Operations Pty Ltd ABN 23 078 328 953, this is the name that will appear on your bank or credit card statements.

Suppliers and clients are encouraged to contact SCT on +61 2 4222 2777 to confirm the legitimacy of any communications relating to invoices, payments and bank account details prior to making payments to SCT.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery and freight of our products to business and/or street addresses only (we do not deliver to PO Box addresses). Australian orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order within NSW, or up to 10 business days interstate. If for any reason we are out of stock or if we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder, an alternative or refund.
International order enquiries can be made through our website. Please allow 2 business days after your request for contact to be made with you to organise a freight quote and invoicing.

Returns and Refunds

Please choose your products carefully as we do not offers refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. Only faulty or damaged products will be replaced or exchanged, as long as the product/s are returned within 30 days of purchase.

To return a product, please notify us of your intentions to return the item, either by email contactus@sct.gs or by phoning our Head Office on +61 2 4222 2777. Please include details of your invoice/order number, name, company, and the problem with the product purchased. The cost of returning the item/s is to be paid by you, the customer, not SCT Operations Pty Ltd.

Include in your Return:

All of the product and its parts
All the packaging as you received it
A copy of the invoice/receipt
Your contact details
